With Springtime on the horizon, many of your patients will be battling with seasonal allergies and increasing asthma attacks. Patients with recurrent allergic responses are often at more risk for tooth decay.  In this webinar we will learn about salivary chemistry, the impact allergies and asthma have on saliva, and novel ways that we can prevent tooth decay.
Learning Objectives
-Understand the impact and current treatment recommendations for seasonal allergies and astma
-Compare and contrast how both disease processes and their subsequent treatments can impact oral health markers
-Discuss how changing patient behaviors or using innovative products can improve oral health in patients with seasonal allergies and allergic rhinitis
